Shipping Policy
When we receive your order and once the payment is realised, we send the physical product on the same date through the courier, only if the online order is received before 3PM on that day.
This is because it requires some time to pack your physical product and send it through the courier.
Once the parcel of your ordered physical products is sent, we will send you the courier tracking code of the parcel. The parcel should reach to your given address with 3-5 days as prescribed by our courier service. But if there is any holiday or any other transport related problems then the parcel may more than the stipulated time.
But in general cases, our parcel should reach your given address within 3-5 days.
Delivery Policy
You hereby agree that the delivery dates are estimates, unless a fixed date for the delivery has been expressly agreed in writing. The cost for delivery shall be calculated at the time of initiation of Transaction based on the shipping address and will be collected from you as a part of the Transaction Amount paid for the products and/or services.
In the event that you do not receive the delivery even after seven days (maximum) have passed from the estimated date of delivery, you must promptly reach out to us at contact page.
Our courier service person will deliver the parcel at your door steps on the given address if the address is quite reachable. However, if the given address is quite in interior our courier service person may call you to collect the parcel from the nearest possible office of the courier service center from your given address.
In such case, it will be required by you to collect the parcel from the nearest courier service center. To collect the parcel from such courier service center near you, you will have to incur the travelling expenses for the same.
