Digital Products
The digital products that we sell on our website are downloadable PDF files. So when you buy any of our digital product you can download the PDF file.
Since the digital product that you download is non-reversible, we do not provide any cancellation or refund for our digital products.
In short –
- We don’t offer any refund and return policy for any type of our digital product.
- So you cannot cancel your order if payment is realised while purchasing any digital product.
- This is because, the moment you make online payment and it is realised, our system shows the encrypted downloadable link for that product. Hence the digital product that you download is non-reversible.
Physical Products
If you buy any of our physical product like hard copies of the notes, text books, course kits etc. then we may provide refund if the sold product reaches our given address within the stipulated span of time of 5 days. It is also necessary that the received product from you should not be damaged in any case.
If we find any type of damage then there will be no refund possible for the product.
In short –
- If you return the purchased physical product, we will examine it for any physical damage.
- If everything is OK, then we will refund complete amount to your account through which you purchased the product.
- But if the returned product is found damaged or infringed in any way, our expert team will examin it and will decide for partial refund.
- You will be of course intimated the details of our partial payment and applied conditions for the same.
