12th Electronics Chapter-wise Revised Marking Scheme for HSC Board Examinations

The 12th standard electronicsXII Standard Electronics The subject code of XII Standard Electronics subject for 10+2 pattern is C2. It is the code allotted by Vocational Board for the subject of XI & XII Standard Electronics Bifocal Course of 10+2 pattern. It is applicable throughout in Maharashtra as well as in some parts of India. chapter-wise revised marking scheme is given below. It is fully revised and will be applicable to all future HSC board examinations from March 2022 onwards.

Paper-1 Applied Electronics

  1. Instruments – 15% (7.5 Marks)
  2. DC power supplies – 20% ( 10 Marks)
  3. Transducers – 10% (05 Marks)
  4. Operational amplifiers – 25% (12.5 Marks)
  5. Modern electronics communication – 20% (10 Marks)
  6. Study of integrated circuits – 10% (05 Marks)
  7. Total – 100% (50 Marks)

Paper-2 Digital Electronics

  1. Number Systems – 15% (7.5 Marks)
  2. Logic Gates – 15% (7.5 Marks)
  3. Specifications of Digital ICs – 10% (05 Marks)
  4. Combinational Logic Circuits – 20% (10 Marks)
  5. Flip Flops, Registers & Counters – 20% (10 Marks)
  6. A/D & D/A Converters – 12% (06 Marks)
  7. Computer Fundamentals – 08% (04 Marks)
  8. Total – 100% (50 Marks)

IMPORTANT NOTE: The marks of some chapter like 7.5 and 12.5 will be rounded off to 8 and 13 during the paper setting, but the total marks for each paper will remain 50 Marks for paper-1 and paper-2.
