This timeline allows us to handle your product with care while ensuring it reaches the courier service on time. If your order is placed after 3 PM, it will be processed and shipped on the next working day.

After your parcel is handed over to the courier service, we will provide you with a courier tracking code. This tracking code will help you stay updated on the delivery progress of your order.

In most cases, the parcel will reach your given address within 3–5 working days, as per the courier service provider’s timeline. However, there may be unexpected delays due to holidays, transport issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we kindly ask for your patience if the parcel takes slightly longer than expected.

Delivery Policy

Delivery to Your Address

Our courier partner will deliver your parcel directly to your doorstep if the address provided is easily accessible. However, in rare cases where the delivery address is in a remote or interior location, the courier service may face difficulties in reaching you directly.

In such cases, the courier service personnel will contact you to collect your parcel from the nearest courier service center or a mutually agreed pickup point. While we understand that this may cause some inconvenience, we assure you that this step is taken to ensure your parcel’s safety and timely delivery.

Your Role

  • If you are asked to collect the parcel from a nearby courier service center, you may need to arrange for transportation to the pickup point.
  • Any travel expenses incurred for collecting the parcel from the courier service center will be your responsibility.
